3. The Professional Review (The 3Rs)

Duration: A 6-hour thorough, individual exploration of your progress so far in your career or relationship, focusing on raising awareness of strengths, weaknesses, blockages and potential, concluding with a transformational action plan to improve your confidence, assertiveness, options, opportunities and prospects.

Main Goal: To move clients from chronic self-doubt and people-pleasing to confident self-advocacy and effective boundary setting, enabling them to speak up without anxiety or guilt, to express their needs, and to reduce the self-imposed or external barriers that block their progress.

This Review starts with a brief quiz that takes only 5 minutes to complete, but will identify key blockages to achieving your aims, especially in your personal life and work. This will be followed by a more detailed assessment from which a personal development programme for lasting change will be created specifically for the client, which points the way forward.

For that reason, actual details of the Professional Review cannot be given until the initial quiz is completed to assess specific needs. However, the programme is packed with insights, activities, and changing perceptions to create greater confidence, self-belief and personal success.
